Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, clear, and interactive CCNA training sessions.
Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to students.
Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, labs, and quizzes.
Design and conduct practical lab exercises to enhance students' real-world networking skills.
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
Offer personalized support to students, answering questions and assisting with troubleshooting.
Assess and track students' progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
Stay up to date with Cisco technologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
Familiarity with current trends in networking, automation, cloud technologies, and SDN.
Proven experience in network administration or network engineering, with a strong knowledge of IP routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs, network security, and troubleshooting.
Prior experience teaching or training, especially in a technical or IT-related field, is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to students of varying skill levels.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
