Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

CCNA Trainer

to join our growing IT & Networking faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training sessions that prepare learners for the

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA 200-301)

certification and real-world networking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

CCNA 200-301

courses in a professional classroom and/or virtual setup following Edoxi's training standards. Conduct

hands-on lab sessions

using Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or real Cisco routers and switches. Develop and update

course content, training materials, and assessments

aligned with Cisco's latest curriculum. Provide individual and group mentoring to help learners achieve certification success. Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and incorporate them into training delivery. Collaborate with Edoxi's corporate training and academic teams to tailor content as per client requirements. Maintain accurate training records, feedback reports, and course completion documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

. Active

CCNA certification (CCNA 200-301)

-- higher-level Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are a plus. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in professional training or networking roles. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in: Routing & Switching VLANs, Trunking, and Inter-VLAN Routing Network Security Fundamentals IP Addressing and Subnetting Wireless Networking Network Automation and Programmability Excellent

communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

. Experience with

Packet Tracer, GNS3, or live lab setups

. Cisco Certified Instructor (CCI) credential preferred.
