Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for barista-related courses.
Develop, update, and maintain course materials in line with current industry standards.
Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to enhance student learning.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with the academic team on curriculum improvements and training effectiveness.
Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and health & safety regulations in the coffee industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
In-depth knowledge and expertise in barista skills and coffee preparation.
Minimum of
5 years of experience
in a similar training or industry-related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching.
Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Proficiency in
Arabic and/or Hindi
will be considered an added advantage.
