Qualification. Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification in Mass Communication and related fields.. Certificate of Assessor from accredited Educational Institute in the related field is mandatory.. Fluent in English both Speaking and Writing.. Candidates having Certificate in Education will be preferred.. Practical experience with International Vocational Education will be preferred. . Teach learners about the knowledge and skills required to achieve the qualification and prepare material for teaching.. Coordinate and work closely with Internal Verifier / Trainer on all related aspects of training and delivery.. Ensure that the program specifications and the requirements of all units being assessed.. Responsible for delivering/training quality in the classroom/workplace. Develop and update training materials and other learning resources in line with learning objectives.. Develop and participate in curriculum and lesson planning..... Develop and maintain individual learning plans and progress reviews and support individual learner needs/gaps throughout the delivery of the qualification in line with assessment outcomes.. Planning and conducting assessments, recording assessment decisions, and providing feedback to learners.. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the assessment process.. Follow up any advice from your Internal Verifier.. Contributes to the development of the Academy..
