We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to deliver high-impact training in accounting, finance, and related software tools (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP FICO). GCC experience preferred. Must have strong communication skills and 2-3 years' experience as a trainer in the EdTech / professional training sector.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training (classroom, virtual, blended) in accounting & finance topics, tailored to various levels (beginner ? advanced) Develop, update, and maintain course materials, slides, exercises, case studies, and assessments Mentor and support students, provide feedback, track performance, and ensure learning outcomes Conduct periodic reviews of curriculum against industry best practices and standards Collaborate with content, operations, marketing, and sales teams to align training offerings Stay updated with changes in accounting/finance standards, software tools, and industry trends (e.g. IFRS updates, software versions) Assist in student enrolment queries, demo sessions, or pre-training assessments as needed Contribute to instructor training, quality assurance, and standards within the trainer team

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

2 to 3+ years

(or more) of experience as a

Trainer / Instructor

in the EdTech, training, or professional education sector Experience working in the

GCC region

is strongly preferred Exceptional

verbal and written communication skills

(English mandatory; Arabic is a plus) Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage learners, and experience working in teams Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and teach to a diverse audience Professional attitude, punctuality, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn
