- Understand the needs of our customers, the daily challenges we are solving for our customers.
- Evaluate the production and logistic processes and implement the value stream in the plant in real life including the supporting functions like SHE, Quality, Maintenance..
- Ability to \xe2\x80\x9cmaster\xe2\x80\x9d the technology in the plant
- Implement monthly performance review and ability to understand mgmt. & leadership processes.
- Optimize a process based on the LSS framework incl. the needed project management skills and the result of min. 50TEUR of savings.
- Conducting the basics of Agility and applying methods like scrum, Kanban board in daily life.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics with successful academic record
- Up to 2 years of experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with abilities in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development
- Geographic mobility
