The mission of Trainee Engineer Planning & Proposal Serves as a valuable training ground for aspiring engineers to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary for a successful engineering career. The specific tasks and requirements may vary depending on the company and the nature of the engineering projects involved.

In his/her role, the Trainee Engineer Planning & Proposal shall:

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering projects.

Conduct research and analysis to gather data and information relevant to project proposals.

Proposal Development*: Collaborate with senior engineers to create project proposals, including technical details, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.

Documentation*: Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and specifications.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Ensure that all project proposals and plans meet industry standards and regulations.

Continuously learn and update knowledge in engineering principles and practices.

Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on project sites.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to convey project details and updates.

Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during project planning and proposal stages.

Develop technical understanding of manufacturing processes

Learn to develop project estimation cost sheet
