We are seeking an experienced
Traffic Engineering Manager
to lead our Traffic Department and oversee allTraffic Impact Study (TIS)
activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and solid experience dealing with RTA standards and approvals.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all Traffic Department technical works and projects. Ensure all studies comply with
RTA standards, methodologies, and guidelines.
Review and validate data collection, analysis, and modeling results. Coordinate with government authorities for TIS submissions and approvals. Supervise and mentor the Traffic Engineer and Road Engineer. Maintain QA/QC procedures and ensure high-quality technical reports. Represent the company in RTA evaluations and audits.Required Software Skills:
Synchro Sidra Intersection HCS Vissim (preferred) AutoCAD AutoTURN
