Job purpose:

To ensure all internal and external customers are provided excellent services
To reduce turn around time for registration of vehicles

Job responsibilities:

( These are the fundamental job duties regularly performed by the employee in the position)

To register all vehicles on time


To ensure there are no errors on registered vehicles


To deposit cash on time to the cashier without any shortage


To report on duty regularly and on time


To generate daily report highlighting numbers of customers served every day


To ensure SSI scores are maintained by giving priority to customers

Educational Qualification

High school/ Diploma

Experience

Minimum 1 year working experience with any RTA outlets

Customer Friendly Computer literate Accurate & Speedy Arabic typing

Well versed with RTA policies & procedures
