Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire local trading division, driving growth and profitability across product lines. Develop and implement trading strategies aligned with UAE market trends and company objectives. Build strong supplier and customer networks; negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships. Ensure full compliance with UAE trade laws, customs, licensing, and VAT regulations. Direct procurement, pricing, and inventory planning to optimize cost efficiency and turnover. Guide and mentor the trading, and sales teams to achieve performance targets. Monitor market developments, identify new business opportunities, and manage trading risks. Coordinate with finance, operations, and senior management for strategic decision-making. Represent the company in key trade discussions, government relations, and industry forums.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
