• Diligently complete all assigned work orders, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and precision in execution.
  
• Complete a comprehensive daily log book, documenting any encountered problems, their corresponding solutions, and relevant activities.
  
• Manage and update all kitchen drawings, ensuring their accuracy and reflecting any necessary modifications, showcasing FIVE?s Next-Level designs.
  
• Maintain the equipment catalogue and tagging directories, keeping them up to date and organised for easy accessibility and reference.
  
• Actively participate in regular Departmental Meetings, contributing valuable feedback and offering insightful suggestions for continuous improvement, as a valued member of our FIVE Tribe.
  
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer, efficiently and effectively completing them within designated timelines, contributing to the ?Vibe at FIVE? with passion and dedication.
  
• Maintain comprehensive Health and Safety documentation and records specific to the assigned area, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and celebrating our Award-Winning safety standards.
  
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail when inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing kitchen equipment.
  
• Employ strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop efficient solutions, and minimise downtime in the kitchen.
  
• Complete necessary paperwork, work orders, and documentation promptly and accurately.
  
• Stay informed about advancements in kitchen equipment and technology through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  
• Identify and promptly report potential safety hazards, prioritising the well-being and security of all individuals in the facility, creating an energising and rejuvenating environment.
  
• Participate as directed in the Emergency Response Team, swiftly and confidently acting in critical situations to ensure the safety and security of all occupants, while embracing our ?FIVE-Star? Excellence.

  A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within the hospitality or healthcare industry.
  
• Have excellent physical health and endurance to engage in heavy lifting and endure prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  
• Work autonomously, taking the initiative to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with Kitchen Staff, Management, and other Colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Expertise in appliance repair and maintenance, ensuring all kitchen equipment is functioning optimally.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in refrigeration systems, maintaining proper temperature control and preventing breakdowns.
