We are looking for a results-driven

Trade Marketing with Data Analysts background

to drive the brand's visibility, availability, and performance across key retail and distribution channels. This role bridges marketing and sales to ensure alignment on promotional strategies, shopper marketing, and channel execution in the highly competitive FMCG space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in retail and wholesale channels. Plan and manage promotional calendars and in-store activation campaigns. Collaborate with sales teams to tailor marketing plans by channel, region, and key accounts. Monitor and analyze trade promotion effectiveness and ROI, adjusting plans as needed. Manage POS materials, merchandising tools, and product displays to align with brand standards. Build relationships with key distributors and retailers to ensure excellent execution. Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Coordinate with brand, supply chain, and category teams to support new product launches. Data Analyst back ground in FMCG

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in trade marketing with Data analysts preferably in FMCG or retail background. Strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail environments, and channel dynamics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with data tools like Nielsen, IRI, or SPINS is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
