Are you passionate about marketing, digital platforms, and customer engagement? We're looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and support the Trading Division in achieving its sales and branding goals.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

In this role, you'll be the link between marketing, sales, logistics, and our customers--managing end-to-end processes across platforms, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives, and contributing to brand growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process customer orders via website, WhatsApp (Interakt), email, company phone, Shopify, Amazon, and Tradeling Assist with preparing Sales Orders and Purchase Requests for the Trading Division Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints (VOSS, TI) across various channels Lead customer retention efforts and support brand building for VOSS, TI, and JOLEN Support the execution of promotions, sponsorships, and seasonal marketing campaigns (e.g., National Day, Christmas,New Year etc..) Manage Shopify backend access and apps, including customization and mock-ups Generate PRs for customized orders and follow up on Statements of Account (SOA) Oversee catalogue management, invoicing, and listing performance on Amazon and Tradeling Monitor and track monthly marketing budgets and campaign ROI Collaborate with graphic designers for banners, brochures, product mock-ups, and digital assets Support in gathering data and reporting to aid in sales forecasting and stock management

You're a great fit if you have:

3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, or sales coordination Strong experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Tradeling Excellent communication and coordination skills A keen eye for customer experience and brand storytelling Good working knowledge of marketing campaigns, digital tools, and sales processes Proficiency in handling backend systems, PR creation, and order tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
