Position Overview
The Trade Executive will support the Commercial Manager in all aspects of trade management and commercial operations.
The role involves close coordination with distributors, monitoring sales and orders, managing contracts, and assisting in trade marketing activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and capable of handling a high workload in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Operational Support
Coordinate with distributors on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
Support in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining distributor and client contracts.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and forecasts.
Prepare and update monthly commercial and sales reports.
Trade Marketing & Brand Communication
Assist in planning and executing trade marketing and activation campaigns.
Follow up with distributors to ensure implementation of trade marketing activities and brand visibility in-store.
Communicate trade marketing guidelines and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Liaise with marketing agencies, suppliers, and distributors for marketing materials and promotional execution.
Support in preparing promotional calendars, tracking budgets, and evaluating campaign performance.
Administrative & Analytical Tasks
Maintain organized records of contracts, pricing, and marketing materials.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports as required.
Analyze sales and marketing data to support decision-making and identify opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods industry preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
Excellent command of English;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP experience is an advantage.
Flexible, hands-on, and able to handle shifting priorities effectively.
