Job Description

We're seeking an experienced

Trade Marketing Specialist to drive sales performance, strengthen brand presence, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels and optimize marketing and trade activities that fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales and purchase orders across all product lines. Oversee online operations and e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service. Coordinate demand planning with Supply Chain and Finance to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages. Develop and maintain sales forecasts by SKU, channel, and subchannel aligned with business targets. Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, and new product launches. Build and manage an annual marketing calendar with defined timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes. Prepare monthly performance reviews with actionable insights and improvement plans. Lead customization projects from order creation to delivery, promoting tailored solutions for clients. Enhance digital and e-commerce channels (website, WhatsApp tools, online catalogues) to improve visibility, customer engagement, and ease of purchase. Manage procurement of marketing and promotional materials in coordination with Supply Chain. Maintain accurate product listings and digital catalogues on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Mumzworld, Tradeling, Carrefour, etc.) Work with Finance to ensure effective cashflow management and timely supplier payments. Support new customer acquisition initiatives to drive business expansion. Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales and Trade Marketing.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proven ability to handle challenges decisively and productively.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and presentation abilities.
