Trade Execution Officer
Job Description
We're working with a fast-growing agri trading house in Dubai that's expanding its operations team and looking to hire a Trade Execution Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-4 years' experience in trade support, execution, or operations within the physical trading space.
You'll be responsible for managing the full post-trade lifecycle, working closely with traders, logistics, finance, and counterparties to ensure smooth and timely execution of physical agri trades (grains, pulses, oilseeds, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle trade confirmations, contract preparation, and amendments
Coordinate shipments, documentation, and execution across multiple regions
Liaise with banks, inspection companies, and clients for LCs, shipping docs, and settlements
Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades and compliance with contract terms
Maintain internal records and support risk, finance, and audit processes
Requirements:
1-4 years' experience in trade execution or operations within physical commodities (agri preferred)
Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and LC processes
Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai
