Drive tractors and other farm machinery for tilling, planting, spraying pesticides/fertilizers, irrigating, mowing, and harvesting various crops (e.g., hay, corn, wheat).
Conduct daily inspections, lubricate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on equipment; report issues to supervisors.
Move feed, tools, and equipment; assist with post-harvest processing (e.g., threshing, shelling); manage water systems.
Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, maintain clean work areas, and operate machinery at appropriate speeds.
Work with farm management and other staff to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
