Job Description
Job Specifications:
To safely and precisely operate tractors for tasks such as plowing, planting, cultivating, spraying, harvesting, mowing, or moving materials/produce or goods Routinely conduct pre-operation inspections and perform basic maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and hydraulic systems, and performing minor repairs, cleaning, and lubrication. Attach, detach, and calibrate various implements (e.g., plows, balers, loaders, mowers) according to job requirements and manufacturer instructions. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate safety gear and following road regulations when transporting equipment. Monitor gauges, instruments, and sometimes GPS systems during operations. Report any mechanical issues, concerns, or incidents to management or the maintenance team. Maintain accurate logs of work activities, hours, and maintenance performed. Communicate effectively and coordinate with supervisors and other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
