TPRM PMO Role
Job Title: Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst
Job Summary:
The TPRM Business Analyst supports the implementation and enhancement of third-party risk management policies, frameworks, and systems. This role involves working closely with business activity owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure third-party end to end lifecycle related processes and relationships are effectively assessed, documented, and managed in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards along with industry best practices.

Program Governance & Oversight
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for TPRM initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk appetite.
- Monitor adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project plans for TPRM assessments, onboarding, and remediation activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and IT.
- Track milestones and deliverables across third-party risk projects.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
- Escalate risks, issues, and delays to appropriate leadership.
Process Optimization and System Integrations
- Identify inefficiencies in TPRM workflows and recommend improvements.
- Develop BRDs for system integration and automation of manual processes such as termination, blacklisting, monthly confirmations, vendor performance monitoring, and offshoring activities.
- Knowledge of TPRM tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong project management experience
- Familiarity with third-party risk frameworks, systems, and regulatory standards (e.g., OCC 2013-29, GDPR).
- Experience with GRC platforms and vendor risk tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
