Coordinate with site engineers, crane operators, and riggers.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and project timelines.
Maintain daily logs and reports of crane activities.
Train and mentor junior staff and rigging teams.
Qualifications:
Technical diploma or equivalent experience in construction or mechanical fields.
5+ years of experience in crane operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of crane load charts, rigging, and lifting plans.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issues.
Familiarity with safety regulations and risk assessments.
