1. Hands on experience, well versed with Erection, dismantling climbing or jumping of tower crane procedures in high rise projects.
2. Able to read the manual and understand the erection/dismantling procedures.
3. Close coordination with construction project team in high rise buildings during Foundation, erection, dismantling, commissioning and climbing works.
4. Setting up the TC foundation, footings, anchors and accessories are as per the superior's instruction
5. Execute the loading/unloading of heavy weight components
6. Able to assess with external parties of lifting equipment requirements for erection /dismantling.
7. Execute Preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly maintenance in accordance with the OEM procedures.
8. Trouble shoot and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and repair mechanical components, by identifying the correct spares to reduce downtime.
9. During third party certification and load test comply with safety & local regulation.
10. Strong commitment to safety when working at heights, use appropriate safety PPE's and follow the HSE procedures.
Requirements:
1. ITI/NCVT or higher secondary passed: In Mechanical/ Electrode-mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, is must.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 -15 years of experience in a similar role UAE/gulf country, with a proven track record in TOWER CRANE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.
3. Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the construction industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
