A Tourist Visa Typist should understand:
UAE
tourist and visit visa categories
Required documents
Checking passport details
Uploading documents to GDRFA
Visa extension and renewal rules
Basic immigration regulations

Language Skills
English
(mandatory)
Arabic
(preferred, not always required)
Hindi/Malayalam/Telugu are helpful due to customer diversity

Personal Skills
Customer service skills
Ability to explain visa requirements clearly
Attention to detail (important for avoiding visa rejection)
Problem-solving and handling incomplete documents
Good communication and polite behaviour

Valid UAE residence visa (if applying from inside UAE)
