Tourism Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Tourism Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team in generating revenue through partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, corporate clients, hotels, and tourism boards. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, organizing sales visits, and promoting packages to increase business from the tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Client Relationship Management



Develop and maintain strong relationships with tourism companies, DMCs, hotels, and travel agencies. Act as the main point of contact for tourism partners to coordinate group bookings and special events. Conduct regular sales calls, outdoor visits, and business meetings with potential clients. Assist in developing sales strategies and targets to drive revenue from the tourism segment.

Holding UAE driving license will be privilege


Sales Planning & Execution



Prepare and implement tourism sales plans and sales pipelines. Coordinate with marketing to promote packages, offers, and events tailored for tourist groups. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, contracts, and bookings. Tourism groups menu designing with the help of head chef. Follow up on all inquiries and ensure timely conversion of leads into business.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
