Role Overview:
We are hiring a
Sales Coordinator - Leads Conversion
to join our sales team. This role focuses on handling inbound leads from online and offline sources, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth conversion from inquiry to booking.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily leads from the website, emails, calls, and other sources
Engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs
Present suitable travel solutions, packages, and offers to close deals
Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems
Work closely with the operations team to ensure bookings are fulfilled on time
Prepare reports on lead status and conversion performance
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, telesales, or customer support (tourism industry preferred)
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(spoken and written)
Confidence in handling leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree preferred
