Key Responsibilities -

Warmly greet and welcome guests at the beginning of each tour. Clearly communicate the itinerary, timings, and expectations to guests. Plan and customize travel itineraries based on weather, group size, and guest interests. Coordinate and secure advance tickets for museums, galleries, parks, and other key attractions. Prepare alternative plans for unexpected closures, cancellations, or weather disruptions. Ensure all required materials and equipment are prepared and available for each tour. Stay informed about the history, culture, and layout of the region and share knowledge with guests in an engaging way. Promote guest safety by reminding them to stay hydrated and use sun protection when necessary. Provide personalized recommendations for local experiences, while avoiding competitors. Deliver tours on foot, by vehicle, or a combination of both as per itinerary. Prepare and submit daily tour reports accurately and on time. Collect guest reviews and feedback after each tour to support quality improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements -

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in tourism or hospitality are a plus. Valid driving license (light vehicle category preferred). Previous experience as a tour guide or in a customer-facing role is preferred. Strong verbal communication and storytelling abilities. High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a friendly personality. Excellent time management and improvisational skills. Physically fit, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Commitment to following all safety guidelines and procedures. A genuine passion for travel, history, and customer service.
