Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Hotel Tour Guide fluent in Romanian and Russian, to join our team. This includes organizing tours, offering guidance on local attractions, and ensuring a smooth travel experience tailored to guests' language and cultural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide travel and tourism information to hotel guests about excursions and tours. Recommend and book local tours, sightseeing packages, and dining reservations. Ensure all guest requests and itineraries are handled efficiently and accurately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and travel regulations. Coordinate group bookings, excursions, and VIP services as required. Provide clear and engaging presentations about local culture, landmarks, and activities. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Romanian and Russian (spoken and written) Strong communication skills in English Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of travel booking tools and hotel software systems Familiarity with local culture, geography, and transportation Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
