Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable

Temporary Tour Guide

to lead tourists through key attractions across Qatar. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Qatar Tour Guide License, be able to communicate clearly, and deliver engaging cultural and historical information. This role requires excellent customer interaction, awareness of Qatari heritage, and the ability to create a memorable travel experience for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct guided tours across designated sites, ensuring history, culture, and facts are accurately presented. Greet and interact with guests professionally, ensuring a high-quality experience from start to finish. Answer questions, share stories, and maintain engaging communication throughout the tour. Ensure safety of participants at all times while monitoring group behavior, surroundings, and route. Manage tour timings, schedules, and logistics to meet itinerary requirements. Handle unexpected events, schedule changes, or inquiries calmly and professionally. Promote cultural appreciation and adherence to local rules and customs. Encourage guest feedback and report suggestions to management for service improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Must hold a valid Qatar Tour Guide License

(required for consideration). Prior experience as a tour guide or in a customer-facing role is an advantage. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Knowledge of Qatar's historical sites, culture, landmarks, and tourism routes. Ability to lead and manage groups of various sizes. Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods and working in outdoor conditions. Multilingual speaking ability is a plus (Arabic/English preferred).

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
