About us:

Extrek is an international tour and travel experiences company delivering high-quality coach tours across major global destinations. We are currently seeking a reliable local Tour Ground Coordinator based in Cairo to support our tours and represent Extrek on the ground.

This is a customer-facing operational role, ideal for candidates with experience in tourism, hospitality, transport, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and oversee tour coaches before departure (cleanliness, readiness, safety) Liaise with drivers and local suppliers Welcome guests and provide clear tour information Distribute Extrek merchandise and manage stock Answer guest enquiries professionally Ensure tours run on schedule Resolve on-the-day issues calmly and efficiently Act as Extrek's representative at all times

Requirements:

Based in Cairo, Egypt Fluent in English (Arabic required; additional languages a plus) Experience in tourism, hospitality, transport, events, or customer service preferred Strong communication and organisation skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and peak tourist seasons
