Advise on Rewards Management Functions including Compensation, Global Equity, Benefits, Pension, Market Intelligence and Annual Planning. Ensure Total Rewards programs meet requirements by country. Design Market Intelligence processes, deliverables and related analysis. Lead external benchmarking projects. Monitor total rewards programs (pension, benefits, compensation or equity) to ensure compliance with applicable laws and work council agreements. Finalize overall Total Rewards budget requirements.
