We are seeking a friendly and dependable Token Booth Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and assisting visitors with purchasing tokens for services.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Maintaining accurate records of transactions and report any discrepancies. Monitoring the booth area to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment. Assisting in the setup and breakdown of the token booth during events or shifts. Selling tokens and process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions. Achieving minimum 'Wait' time and 'Serve' time to aim for reducing the TAT continuously. Greeting customers and provide information about available services, token prices, and instructions. Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to token purchases or equipment malfunctions. Ensuring that the service delivered to our customers meets the role's and RTA Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs'). Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Positive, friendly attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
