Job Summary:
A Toilet Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and order in public or private restroom facilities. They ensure a pleasant experience for guests by providing excellent service, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
Key Responsibilities: * Cleaning & Sanitization:

• Regularly clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and other surfaces.
• Remove trash, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Monitor and refill soap, toilet paper, hand towels, and other amenities.
• Customer Service:

• Greet visitors politely and assist with any requests (e.g., providing towels, toiletries).
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Handle minor complaints or direct concerns to management if needed.
• Maintenance & Reporting:

• Check for plumbing issues, leaks, or damages and report them to maintenance.
• Ensure all facilities (e.g., hand dryers, faucets) are functioning properly.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Stock Management:

• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Request restocks when necessary.
• Additional Duties (if applicable):

• Distribute perfumes, colognes, or grooming products (in upscale venues).
• Accept and manage tips (where customary).
• Monitor guest behavior to prevent vandalism or misuse.

• No formal education required; training provided.
• Previous experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and cleaning.

• May involve working evenings, weekends, or holidays (depending on venue).
• Fast-paced environment, especially in high-traffic areas.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals; protective gear provided.
