The firm are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Partner to drive and develop the firm's technology, media and telecommunications practice in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to work at the cutting edge of TMT law within one of the world's most dynamic legal markets. The role involves managing complex cross-border matters, advising clients on a range of high-profile transactions, regulatory issues and technology-related disputes.
Leading and managing a diverse range of commercial TMT matters, advising clients on issues across the technology, media, telecommunications and intellectual property sectors. Providing strategic advice to clients in relation to digital transformation, data privacy, cybersecurity, IP licensing, outsourcing and regulatory matters.
