Actively sourcing new customers and developing sales channels to grow the company's presence in the tissue market
Presenting, marketing, and selling the company's tissue products to both existing and prospective clients
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distribution partners
Preparing quotations, price offers, and sales proposals in accordance with company guidelines
Meeting and exceeding assigned monthly and annual sales targets
Conducting regular field visits to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
Coordinating closely with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Managing customer accounts, including follow-up on outstanding invoices and collection of accounts receivable in line with agreed credit terms
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, invoices, and collections
Providing structured feedback to management on customer demand, pricing dynamics, and potential product or market opportunities
Representing the company in a professional manner during client meetings, negotiations, and industry-related events
