Tires Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Tires Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage collections, and achieve profitability targets in line with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage country sales operations and sales teams
Drive sales growth, profitability, and effective collection activities
Develop sales strategies and expand the client base
Manage inventory levels, warehouse efficiency, and slow-moving stock
Monitor market competition and build strong customer relationships
Provide sales and technical training to the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar role
Strong knowledge of the tires market
Excellent English & Arabic (spoken & written)
Strong leadership and planning skills
Must own a car
