Key Responsibilities
Record daily attendance for workers, staff, and subcontractors
Track working hours, overtime, night shifts, and absences
Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll processing
Verify overtime against approved OT forms
Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and Finance
Maintain accurate attendance records for audits and reporting
Generate manpower and attendance reports using Excel
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent (Administration / HR preferred)
Minimum
2 years' experience
as a Timekeeper in
construction
Proficient in
MS Excel
(attendance sheets, formulas)
Knowledge of construction site operations and manpower control
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred
Experience on large construction or infrastructure projects
Experience working with multi-national labor
