Job Title: Timekeeper - Construction (Own Visa Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Timekeeper to join our construction team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking and maintaining employee attendance, labor hours, and site-related time records to ensure smooth payroll processing and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily attendance and working hours of site staff and laborers Record overtime, absences, leaves, and other time-related data Coordinate with site supervisors to verify manpower allocation and daily logs Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets and submit them to HR/Accounts Maintain up-to-date labor and subcontractor attendance records Assist in resolving discrepancies in time records and payroll queries Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding work hours and wages Support administrative tasks related to site operations as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus Minimum 5+ years of experience in timekeeping, preferably in a construction environment Familiarity with labor time tracking systems or ERP software is an advantage Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage large volumes of data Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

Experience with multi-site or large-scale construction projects Knowledge of UAE labor laws (or relevant local labor regulations)
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
