Key Responsibilities
Record daily attendance, absences, and overtime for all employees
Maintain accurate time sheets and work-hour logs
Verify clock-in/clock-out data and resolve discrepancies
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly time reports
Coordinate with HR and payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
Monitor employee compliance with timekeeping policies
Assist in scheduling shifts or workforce allocations when needed
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Communicate promptly about attendance issues or policy violations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Previous experience in construction timekeeping, payroll, or administrative roles is an advantage
Proficiency with time-tracking software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
