to join our construction team. The Time Keeper will be responsible for accurately recording employee work hours, maintaining attendance records, and supporting payroll processes. This role is essential in ensuring labor compliance, productivity tracking, and timely payment for workers on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and record daily attendance of all construction site personnel.
Maintain accurate time sheets for workers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with site supervisors to verify job attendance and working hours.
Report any irregularities in attendance or work hours to management.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly time reports.
Ensure timesheets are signed and approved by relevant supervisors.
Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate time data.
Keep records of overtime, leaves, late arrivals, and early departures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and payroll information.
Support HR and admin with additional documentation as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in business administration or HR is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or a labor-intensive industry.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and timekeeping software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Language Urdu, Hindi.
