Responsibilities
Record daily attendance, overtime, and leave for all employees.
Maintain and verify timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with site supervisors and HR for attendance issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
Assist payroll department with time data for salary preparation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Timekeeper (preferably in construction or manpower sector).
Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
