to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and monitor employee attendance and working hours on construction sites
Maintain accurate timesheets and attendance records
Coordinate with site supervisors and HR for attendance discrepancies
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding work hours
Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate time data
Handle any attendance-related queries from employees
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Time Keeper in the construction field
Strong knowledge of attendance and timekeeping systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer skills
Must be punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Immediate joining preferred
Must be currently in the UAE
