Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and manage

employee work hours

and attendance records. Ensure timely and accurate

entry of timesheets

in the system. Utilize

Microsoft Excel

to create reports, track hours, and analyze time-related data. Verify and process

overtime, leaves, and absences

for payroll calculations. Coordinate with HR and Payroll departments to resolve

discrepancies

and ensure accurate employee compensation. Assist in enforcing

company policies

related to attendance and timekeeping. Prepare reports for

management review

regarding employee working hours and trends. Ensure compliance with

labor laws

and company regulations regarding timekeeping and payroll.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 to 3 years of experience

in timekeeping, payroll processing, or a related role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.). Familiarity with

payroll software and systems

. Strong

attention to detail

and accuracy. Knowledge of

timekeeping regulations

and payroll policies. Excellent

organizational and communication skills

. Ability to work

independently and meet deadlines

.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience working in a Qatar

corporate or office setting

. Certification in

Payroll Processing or Time Management

is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1,700.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
