Ensure precise alignment, spacing, and pattern execution
Apply waterproof adhesives and grouting materials suitable for submerged environment
Surface Preparation:
Clean, level, and smooth pool surfaces before tiling
Apply bonding agents and waterproofing layers as required
Finishing & Detailing:
Grout and seal tiles to ensure durability and water resistance
Polish and clean finished surfaces for a high-quality aesthetic
Repair & Maintenance:
Replace cracked or damaged tiles
Conduct periodic inspections and touch-ups on completed pool projects
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tile Mason, preferably in swimming pool or landscape settings
Skilled in using tile cutters, trowels, levels, and waterproofing tools
Familiarity with ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, and glass tiles
Ability to read and interpret pool design plans and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physical stamina and comfort working in outdoor environments
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Tile Setting or Masonry
Experience with epoxy grout and underwater tile adhesives
Previous work in UAE pool construction or landscaping projects
