About the team:
We have an amazing team in Dubai. All team members focus on diverse categories, content, and creators and always support each other. We all have fun at work and love what we do. More specifically, the Community Management team focuses on a one-to-many approach, to build a strong rapport with our creators through engagement strategies both in and out of the app.
:

  • Identify and grow UGC content communities using a one-to-many/one-to-all approach.
  • Execute community and engagement strategies and in-app campaigns, own the sourcing, structuring and closing through campaign implementation and partner retention.
  • Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators including on-site creator workshop events, and networking socials, and lead the partner (creator) promotions strategy.
  • Execute creator programs to onboard and educate target communities on TikTok including workshops, events and marketing campaigns best practices and sustainable growth in the partner management program.
  • Track and analyze community growth metrics.
  • Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from the creator community.
  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related subject.
  • Experience with influencer and celebrity management, and strong connection pools with celebrities and within the entertainment industry is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the social media, digital video, and entertainment ecosystem in the Middle East.
  • Strong collaborative skills and experience working with teams across different functions and timezones are highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in event management and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid data-analysis skills, preferably intermediate knowledge of SQL and excellence in using Excel and MS Office softwares.
