Job Description

As a Community Manager at Footprint, you will be responsible for building and nurturing an active online community across various social media platforms within the real estate ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Snapchat. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies that drive community growth, enhance brand visibility, and facilitate property sales. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for growing and engaging the real estate community on Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Snapchat.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including property listings, virtual tours, blog posts, and interactive posts, to promote our properties and encourage community engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across all social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, potential buyers, real estate influencers, and industry experts.
  • Organize and promote virtual property tours, Q&A sessions, webinars, and other interactive events to foster engagement and facilitate property sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential buyers within the community and guide them through the property purchase process.
  • Analyze and report on community engagement metrics and property sales conversions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to the community.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and tone of voice across all platforms.
  • Develop and manage community groups where members can discuss properties, share insights, and connect with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Utilize social media advertising and paid promotions to reach a wider audience of potential buyers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management within the real estate ecosystem, with a proven track record of community growth and property sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property types, and industry terminology.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique content ideas for property promotion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with community members, buyers, and sellers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for real estate and the ability to stay updated on market developments.
  • Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
