Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
Manage procurement of materials and equipment
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
7+ years of experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Experience in commercial / residential / infrastructure projects
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD (preferred)
Knowledge of local safety regulations (India / UAE / KSA etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification (optional but advantageous)
Experience in GCC projects (for Gulf hiring)
Strong contract management experience (FIDIC knowledge preferred)
