Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide qualitative and the best travel service to the corporate houses as per company's service level agreement. Prepare customized itinerary and costing according to customer travel needs.
• Receive inbound calls for International & Domestic Air Amendment inquiries from customers.
• To handle air reservation system, "Galileo" seat reservation & issuance of ticket. To co-ordinate with various airlines for the latest offers in the market, waitlist and lower RBD confirmation supplementary services.
• To work on itineraries for various Airlines, updating fare sheets, emailing fare quote and upsell travel products. Global air fare construction, smart pricing, complex reissues, EMDs, ticketing, MIS reports, group booking, seat assignments etc.
• Deal in providing the best fares other than available in market, by getting ADHOC fare, group fare from suppliers. Answer customer queries, as well as probe the customer to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
• Assist customers with the changes requested using GDS Tools (Amadeus).Document all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain the records of the Clients, traveler's profile and Airline circulars. Review all travel transactions and ensure full compliance to company travel policy.
• Follow up (Call and Email) with customers in case of pending / escalated issues. Provide end-to-end support when it comes to Trip Amendment. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience to each and every Customer who has called in.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Very Good Amadeus User (Issuing, Reissue, Re validation).
• Minimum 2 to 4 years proven work experience in UAE
• Graduate in Arts
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Hands on experience on IATA portal and GDS
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
