We are looking for a FEMALE RESERVATIONS AGENT with the below qualifications.

Have a knowledge about Immigration Procedure (Specifically Schengen Countries)
Knowledgeable about ticket reservation and travel insurance
Helping plan travel itineraries
Reserving and taking payment for hotel rooms, ship cabins, tickets for transportation as well as other travel products
Providing support to customers who have already made a travel purchase by confirming, changing or canceling reservations
Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the travel industries.
Customer-service experience
Proficient in microsoft office suite
We prefer candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in the same role.
