Job Summary

We are looking for a Thai Therapist who should be passionate, professional, reliable and confident massage therapist with specialist skills and relevant experience in Thai massage therapy. You should offer a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives. You should have good interpersonal skills, be empathetic and the ability to put clients at ease.

As a therapist you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding treatment service delivering to the Synergy Healing Centre standards.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of the following: Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, treatments with accredited and recognised experience of traditional Thai massage therapy Understanding and belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for guests and anticipate their needs Personalise each treatment to accommodate the individual needs of our guests. Protect client data and must assure client confidentiality is maintained at all time Follow established protocol to provide consistent, excellent service Be extremely knowledgeable and able to accurately describe and sell services and products offered at Synergy Healing Centre Provide information to the clients on the benefits of Massage Maintain cleanliness, organisation and restocking of treatment rooms Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, room ambiance, and overall spa experience Perform opening and closing responsibilities noted on massage therapist/room checklist Maintain excellent communication between activity in the treatment rooms and receptionists Provide accurate information to the receptionists regarding type and length of treatment provided to guests

Requirements:

Previous experience as a therapist in a reputable environment Excellent understanding of client care and treatment Ability to work for and as part of a dedicated and passionate team Good level of written and spoken English Exceptional customer care skill Excellent personal presentation Confidence and professionalism when dealing with all profile clients

Pay: From AED4.00 per month
