Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative

Textile Designer

with experience in

print design

to join our team in the carpet manufacturing industry. This role focuses on developing original, trend-aligned carpet print designs that are both functional and aesthetically compelling. You'll be replacing an existing team member and stepping into a dynamic production-driven environment.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in textile or surface design, ideally within carpets or interior textiles Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software Understanding of carpet materials, textures, and digital or screen printing techniques Ability to create commercially viable designs based on trend forecasts Excellent attention to detail, layout, and color coordination Degree/Diploma in Textile Design or related field preferred

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Design unique carpet prints and patterns suitable for various market segments Develop and refine print files for production, ensuring accuracy in scale, color, and repeat Coordinate closely with production to ensure print feasibility and quality output Stay up to date on design trends and competitor products Organize and maintain digital design archives, color references, and print specs Collaborate with design and product teams to align creative direction with commercial goals

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
