Job Description

Oversee qualification testing of company's completion components and assemblies in line with the requirements of API standard latest edition / Company's QMS and Procedures .

Actively participating in all activities related to the testing of The Company FZE equipment.
*

Operate independently to perform routine testing and to work under supervision for non-routine testing.
*

Record and report testing results and assisting in test evaluation.
*

Coordinate daily activities with the Operations Management or other team members to accommodate adjustments to task priorities, changes in testing equipment, and test procedures.
*

Responsible to input production test results accurately into the database and send test results to Upper Management via email or instant message in a timely manner.
*

Notify the supervisor when equipment, supplies, or materials are needed for testing functions and follow up on replacements.
*

Responsible for maintaining testing machines/equipment as per routine maintenance schedules.
*

Be actively involved in toolbox talks and risk assessments before high-risk testing activities.
*

Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and test plans.
*

Interpret results and identify deviations from expected performance and report back to supervisor.
*

Operate high pressure systems safely and monitor tests involving gas and fluids.
*

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures and comply with legal regulations while wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
*

Responsible to maintain traceability of all test results and documentation related to product validation.
*

Support in continuous improvement initiatives within the testing area to improve accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
*

Full participation in all The Company FZE QHSE requirements and initiatives.
*

Comply with all company policies and conditions of employment.
*

Working closely with Manufacturing Quality Manager, Engineering Manager, and Operations Management to complete jobs on time.
*

Analyzing production and program for necessary action to meet target dates.
*

Ensuring that all job sheets and relevant records are completed and processed in coordination with responsible departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

high pressure systems tests involving gas and fluids: 4 years (Required)
